We’re excited to finally share the news — Cruisin’ Cuisine will officially open its doors on September 15, 2025, right here in Shelbyville, Tennessee!
Cruisin’ Cuisine is more than just a place to grab a meal — it’s a destination. Designed as a hub for food lovers and food truck culture, our location at 218 South Cannon Blvd. will offer a little bit of everything:

A stand-alone restaurant serving breakfast and lunch, crafted with comfort and creativity in mind.

An outdoor dining and lounge area perfect for enjoying your meal in the fresh air.

Live performances during the Spring, Summer, and Fall — from local musicians and bands to comedians and spoken word artists.

Designated food truck spaces, where independent food truck owners can rent daily or long-term spots to serve up their best dishes alongside us.

Catering services, so you can bring the flavors of Cruisin’ Cuisine straight to your next event, big or small.
The Concept Behind Cruisin’ Cuisine
We created Cruisin’ Cuisine with one idea in mind: to bring together flavor, community, and entertainment under one roof (and sky). Whether you’re stopping in for breakfast, swinging by a favorite food truck, or hanging out for an evening of live music, Cruisin’ Cuisine is where people can come together and enjoy a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
And we’re not stopping there. Delivery will be available through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub, so you can still enjoy Cruisin’ Cuisine even if you’re dining from home.
Future Plans
Our vision for Cruisin’ Cuisine goes beyond opening day. In the months ahead, we’ll be:
